Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of The Exchange Lounge mobile application, websites and related services. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nature of the Service

The Service may provide market data, news, educational material, screeners, watchlists, community features and other informational tools. Features and data sources may change, be delayed or become temporarily unavailable.

Independent decisions

You remain responsible for evaluating information, verifying it through official sources and making your own decisions. Historical information does not predict future performance. TEL does not execute trades or hold client money or securities through the current Service.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or redistribute protected content at scale, impersonate another person, publish unlawful or abusive content, manipulate markets, promote guaranteed returns, or use the Service for fraud. We may moderate community content and restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with law.

Third-party information and links

Market prices, company information, news and other content may be supplied by third parties. Although we take reasonable steps to operate the Service responsibly, information may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Third-party services and websites are governed by their own terms.

Subscriptions

TEL offers paid membership plans. The price, billing period, renewal status and included features displayed before purchase form part of these Terms. Access is activated only after payment verification. Additional details appear in our Subscription Terms and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

The Service, branding, interface, original text, graphics and software are owned by TEL or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting paid services will be communicated to affected users.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees concerning uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. TEL will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using the Service and delete your account. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risks or legal requirements. Account deletion is explained on our Account Deletion page.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts having jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat will have jurisdiction over disputes.
