Payments
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective 3 August 2026
Check the purchase terms
The checkout identifies the payment provider, billing period and whether the selected subscription renews automatically. This policy applies together with the provider’s applicable purchase and refund rules.
Cancellation
If a subscription is auto-renewing, cancel it through the payment provider before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not end access already paid for; access generally continues until the end of the current billing period. A non-renewing subscription expires automatically and does not require cancellation.
Refund requests
Refund requests are governed by the payment provider’s applicable process and policies. For a Google Play purchase, request the refund through Google Play or contact TEL with the order number so we can review the issue. Digital subscription fees are generally non-refundable after access is activated, except where required by applicable law, where a duplicate or incorrect charge occurred, or where the payment provider’s rules provide otherwise.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is duplicated, technically incorrect or unauthorized. Include the Google Play order number, transaction date and registered account email. Never send card details, passwords or OTPs.
Service problems
If a verified payment does not activate the purchased entitlement, contact support. We will reasonably attempt to restore access or otherwise resolve the transaction. Temporary interruptions do not automatically result in refunds, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Deleting an account
Deleting the TEL account does not necessarily cancel a subscription maintained by an app store. Cancel the subscription through the applicable store before deleting the account.
